    Goldsboro's Legacy of Tobacco

The leaf turns over and the dust rises in the lights.

My lungs take it like dry cotton.

                                                                            One Dollar four,

                                                                             Give me a fifty,

I have fifty, come with me now,

Fifty-five it is, going, gone with #23 with RJR.

    Tobacco

Heat and sweat. Feeling the cold shock of my toes in cold shaded soil.

The big leaf gave me my greatest comfort and my greatest discomfort.
